Terms of Service

1) Overview

The Service includes the site p4gstudios.com, gameplay features, markets/leaderboards, and Discord integrations (including the bot). Additional terms or policies (e.g., Privacy Policy) are incorporated by reference.

2) Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum required in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter these Terms.
• Login is via Discord OAuth. Keep your Discord account secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, abuse, or risk to the Service/users.

3) License & Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse rate limits or APIs.
• Exploit bugs, cheat, or manipulate gameplay or markets.
• Upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or hateful content.
• Impersonate others or infringe privacy/intellectual property.
• Use the Service for financial advice or real-money securities trading.

4) Virtual Currency & Gameplay

• In-game units (e.g., “CR”) and server “tickers” are virtual items with no real-world monetary value. They are not fiat, securities, commodities, or crypto assets.
• Prices, rankings, and outcomes are part of a game experience; they are not investment indicators.
• We may add, modify, or remove features, items, or balances for gameplay, fairness, or technical reasons.

5) Premium, Affiliates & Fees

• Premium and Affiliate programs are optional. Features, pricing, and eligibility may change.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; you agree to Stripe’s terms. Taxes, fees, and KYC/verification may apply.
• Payouts (if any) are discretionary and subject to program rules, risk checks, and compliance.
• Refunds are handled case-by-case consistent with applicable law and platform policies.

6) User Content

You are responsible for content you provide. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and modify your content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent you have all rights to grant this license.

7) Ownership

P4G Studios and our licensors own all rights in the Service, including software, design, and brand elements. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted by implication or otherwise.

8) Third-Party Services

We integrate with Discord, Stripe, and other providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply in addition to ours. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason, including policy violations, risk, legal requests, or extended inactivity. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. P4G Studios DOES NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, OR LEGAL ADVICE.

11) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, P4G Studios AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL; OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.

12) Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless P4G Studios from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflicts of law. Courts located in Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Where consumer law requires otherwise in your country, those protections prevail.

14) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post changes here with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
